CrossMod homes are built to the HUD Code but designed to look and finance like a site-built house — permanent foundation, drywall throughout, higher roof pitches, and garage or porch options. When they meet program requirements, CrossMod homes can qualify for conventional financing and appraise against site-built comparables.
